Water and land tourism combine at the Heart of Love River, located at the mid to upper reaches of its namesake waterway near Bo'ai 1st Road and Tongmeng 1st Road in Kaohsiung City. The 1.4 sqm site has two flood retention reservoirs and an ecological remediation area. A bridge spans the center of the two reservoirs forming a romantic heart shape. The landscape, waterside spaces, and illuminated art at night combine to make this a unique attraction on the banks of the Love River and a former winner of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards in the environmental category. This is the place to go to experience the nighttime beauty of Kaohsiung at its fullest.

Transportation：Nat'l Fwy 3 → Exit at the Yanchao System Interchange → Nat'l Fwy 10 → Exit at the Dingjin System Interchange → Dazhong 1st Rd. → Prov. Hwy 1 → Dashun 1st Rd. → Bo'ai 1st Rd.
Public：Take THSR to Zuoying Station or take TRA to Kaohsiung Station, transfer Kaohsiung MRT to Houyi Station.
