Ji'an Qingxiu Temple is a Japanese style temple. It was built in 1917 during the Japanese colonial period and used to be a religious center. It is graded a national historical monument, and has also become the most-visited tourist attraction in Hualien County by the Japanese visitors.

Nat'l Fwy 5 → Exit at the Su'ao Interchange → Prov. Hwy 9 → Prov. Hwy 9C → Zhongxing Rd.

Take Taiwan Railways to Hualien Station, then walk to the Hualien Transfer Station，Transfer to Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Line 303B on the Hualien Route and get off at the Chinxiu Temple Station.
Take Taiwan Railways to Hualien Station, then walk to the Hualien Transfer Station，Take Taroko Bus Line 303 and get off at the Ji'an Township Office (Chinxiu Temple) Station.
Take Taiwan Railways to Hualien Station, then walk to the Hualien Transfer Station，Transfer to Ubus Line 1139 and get off at the Ji'an Township Office (Chinxiu Temple) Station.
