Taiwan Hakka Bayin Opera Promotion Center (Miaoli Hakka Round House) is modeled after the earthen Zhencheng Building in Yongding, Fujian Province. The building has an area of 1,385 square meters, with a basement level and three floors above ground. The first floor features a circular performance theater, the second floor has exhibits, and the third floor is equipped with DIY classrooms and interactive multimedia attractions. Planned exhibits include a Hakka Opera Hall, a Hakka Music Hall and an Urban Cultural Exchange.

2.National Highway 3 → Exit at the Dashan Interchange → Turn left onto Miao Route 8 → Go south on Gaotie 6th Rd → Turn left on Xingang 3rd Road → Cross under the high-speed railway and you will see the Hakka Round Tower at Fengju 5th Street.
1.Taiwan Railways: Take the Mountain Line to Fengfu Station. The Hakka Round Tower is about a five-minute walk from the station.
2.High Speed Rail: Take Taiwan High Speed Rail to the Miaoli Station. Proceed out of Exit 1. The Hakka Round Tower is about a five-minute walk from the station.
