Aowanda is famous for maples. It is canyon in the west of the convergence of Danan River and Wanda River, which are the origin of Wushe Reservoir. Every autumn, maple leaves in Aowanda turn red and flutter in the air. Aowanda has different faces in different seasons. From February to September, tourists can enjoy the comfortable weather, the forests and the flowers. In May, there are many fireflies shining at night. Autumn and winter are the seasons to appreciate the beautiful maple leaves and plants. Aowanda is perfect for hiking, bird-watching, and contacting the nature.

Qingjing Farm offers gorgeous sceneries varying by season – take a walk amidst it all and immerse in the beauty of Qingjing. Jade Lake, Qingjing 487-Steps Trail, blissful clouds, Green Green Grassland, the “Aromatic Fruits” area, and Qing An Temple – come and savor the natural and tranquil ambiance the high mountains and primitive wilderness bring forth. In general, Qingjing refers to Veterans Affairs Council’s Qingjing Farm and its surrounding areas, which extends from Wushe from the south to Meifeng in the north, with Provincial Highway 14 passing through the areas. Green Green Grassland, Guanshan Pastoral Area, Shoushan Park Ecological Garden, Qingjing 487-Steps Trail, and Small Swiss Garden are all the main sceneries and destinations in Qingjing.
