This center, located on Wufu 1st Rd., is one of the city's oldest cultural venues and now offers a wide variety of cultural and artistic activities. In addition to exhibitions that are held in the Zhimei Hall and Exhibition Hall all year round, a diverse range of performances are held in the Zhide Hall and Zhishan Hall almost every evening.
