Situated at the Hutou Mountain area in the suburban area to the east of Xinhua Township, Hutou pond (Hutoupi) was named by the shape of the mountains that look like the face a ferocious tiger surrounding it. The vast lake of Hutou pond (Hutoupi) has landside pathways around it, where camphor trees and Taiwan acacia are dense along the way. The Tiger Moon Pavilion stands tall on the lake isle, which is connected to both banks of the lake with Tiger Moon Suspension Bridge. The bridge is long and thin. Stand on the bridge at dawn and dusk and overlook the lake center, and you will see the enchanting sight of bluish green waves shimmering with orange-yellowish luster. Thus the famous scenery of Iris Shadow of Bridge is over the Lake.
Recreational and leisure facilities are complete in this area, with the management center, swimming pool, barbeque area, camping area, dining center, peninsula leisure area, suspension bridge Tiger Moon Pavilion, and platform Lakeview gazebo.

Public：Take TRA to Tainan Station, transfer Tainan City Bus Green Route to Xinhua stop, and transfer Tainan City Bus G13 to Hutoubikou stop.
