This bridge, across the lower reaches of the Zhuoshui River in Yunlin County, stretches 1,939 meters and was once a hub for transportation in Taiwan's western corridor. In the old days, in addition to the highway it also carried tracks for Taiwan Sugar's narrow-gauge railway.
