Taiping Old Street stretches about 600 meters along Taiping Road in Douliu City, Yunlin County. The street has long been the main commercial area in Douliu, as well as an access route for villages to the south and north. Many of the buildings here have a Baroque style and date back more than 90 years, offering a glimpse of local architecture over the past century. From traditional snacks to historic buildings, Taiping Old Street recalls the traditional character and local flavors of Taiwan in earlier times.
