This park can easily be reached by foot; just follow Bo'ai Road from behind the old railway station, cross the railroad, and you are soon there. It is located on a small hill named for its supposed resemblance to a carp. The top of the hill provides a sweeping panorama of the Taitung area. The Longfeng Buddhist Temple at the foot of the hill, together with the Martyrs' Shrine and the park, constitute a scenic little tourist package.

Transportation：Nat'l Fwy 5 → Exit at the Su'ao Interchange → Prov. Hwy 9 → Prov. Hwy 11 → Guangfu Rd. → Xinsheng Rd.
Public：Take TRA to Taitung Station, transfer Dingdong Bus to Taitung Bus Station, and walk for 15 minutes.
