Beside the entrance of Jinshan’s Shitoushan Park, Jinshan Visitor Center is easily found by those going hiking in Shitoushan or visiting the Candle Holder Islets. On weekends and holidays, it is always filled by visitors. The nearby Shitoushan Hiking Trail is good for increasing physical and mental health. The nostalgic Jinbaoli Old Street is the North Coast’s only street of the Qing Dynasty. In the early days, it was the buy-and-sell center farming and fishery products. The historic street gives visitors a chance to learn about Jinshan’s industry and economic developments.

- Nat'l Fwy 1 → Exit at the Badu Interchange → Prov. Hwy 2 → Continue in the Jinshan direction to Shitoushan Park
- Nat'l Fwy 3 → Exit at the Keejing Interchange → Prov. Hwy 2 → Continue in the Jinshan direction to Shitoushan Park

- Take THSR (or TRA) to Taipei Station, transfer Taipei MRT to Tamsui Station and transfer Crown Northern Coast Shuttle Bus 716 to Jinshan Visitor Center (Shitoushan Park) stop.
- Take THSR (or TRA) to Taipei Station and transfer Kuo-Kuang Bus 1815 to Huanggang Road stop.
- Take THSR (or TRA) to Taipei Station, transfer Taipei MRT to Tamsui Station and transfer Tamsui Bus 863 to Huanggang Road stop.
- Take TRA to Keelung Station and transfer Tamsui Bus 863 to Huanggang Road stop.
- Take TRA to Keelung Station and transfer Keelung Bus 790 to Jinshan Post Office stop.
