Nat'l Fwy 5 → Exit at the Su'ao Interchange → Prov. Hwy 9 → Prov. Hwy 11

1. Take TRA to Taitung Station or from Taitung Bus Station and transfer East Coast Line 8101A (Day Trip) (Be sure to reserve bus seats in advance) to Dulan Sugar Factory (Dulan Sugar Cultural Park) stop.
2. Take Shing Dong Bus 8101, 8102, 8103, 8109 or 8120 from Taitung Bus Station to Dulan B stop.
3. Take TRA to Taitung Station and transfer Shing Dong Bus 8101, 8103 or 8109 to Dulan B stop.
