YouBike
With an electronic managerial system, YouBike provides rental services throughout the city. The user may rent one bike in a place and return it in another. YouBike makes up for what lacks in the greater public transport system. It is hoped that, with YouBike, people will want to take public transport more. YouBike promotes an environment-friendly lifestyle and a green commute culture.

How to Rent a Bike
Paying by Easy Card / iPASS Card:
- To rent: Press the green "Rent via IC Card" button and tap your card (EasyCard or iPasss) on the sensor area of the YouBike. After the screen shows "Pull the bike backwards" and beeps, pull the bike back out of the dock with both hands to use it.
- To return: Choose an empty bike dock. Align the tires with the white ground line and push the bike fully in. Hold your card to the YouBike sensor area to pay and to complete return.
Paying by Credit Card:
- To rent at KIOSK: First select a payment method and then select a bike on the screen. Within the time limit, pull the selected bike backward to use.
- To return: Choose an empty dock. Align tires to white line, and push the bike fully in. The system will calculate and charge fees automatically.

To rent, press the "Rent via IC Card" button, and swipe the EasyCard on the sensor dock of the YouBike.

After the screen displays "Pull the bike backward" and emits a short beep, pull the bike back with both hands to use it.

When returning the bike, place your Easy Card on the sensor dock to complete the return process and make the payment.
Payment
Easy Card / iPASS Card:
To use Easy Card or iPASS Card to pay, apply for an account either at a rental KIOSK, on the YouBike website, with the YouBike app, or simply in a service center. The user's cell phone and card numbers are required to apply for an account.
Credit Card:
Rent a bike directly from a KIOSK. When returning the bike, the system will automatically charge the fees.
