Opened in 1984, the Marshal Golf Club is a hillside layout designed by Xiao Qi-de Architects. The course is constructed according to the principle of nature preservation, with fairways following the natural undulations and landscape variation. The minimum interference on the land helps best preserve its natural environment and ecosystem. Marshal is just 15 minutes from the Nankan Interchange on Highway 1, quite convenient for golfers from southern and northern Taiwan.
In addition to the above, Marshal Golf Club is also the first track in Taiwan equipped with a night lighting system, which allows people to enjoy golf after a busy day. Marshal has also upgraded its services thanks to an early introduction of a computerized management system.
