This park can easily be reached by foot; just follow Bo'ai Road from behind the old railway station, cross the railroad, and you are soon there. It is located on a small hill named for its supposed resemblance to a carp. The top of the hill provides a sweeping panorama of the Taitung area. The Longfeng Buddhist Temple at the foot of the hill, together with the Martyrs' Shrine and the park, constitute a scenic little tourist package.
