Calligraphy Greenway is a tree-lined boulevard stretching from National Museum of Natural Science south to the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts in Taichung City. A popular leisure spot for city residents, the boulevard gains its name from its calligraphy-inspired design. Landscape art and a waterscape mist sculpture further add to the literary spirit here. At night, the ambiance is at times quiet and at others energized as the boulevard lights up with the neon signs of the stores lining the road. The snail mascot at Caowu Square reminds passers-by to slow down and enjoy life.
