Nat'l Fwy 5 → Exit at the Su'ao Interchange → Prov. Hwy 9 → Prov. Hwy 11

1. Take TRA to Taitung Station or from Taitung Bus Station and transfer East Coast Line 8101B (Morning / Half-day Trip) or East Coast Line 8101C (Afternoon / Half-day Trip) (Be sure to reserve bus seats in advance) to Water Running Upward stop.
2. Take Shing Dong Bus 8101, 8102, 8103, 8109 or 8120 from Taitung Bus Station to Water Running Upward stop.
3. Take TRA to Taitung Station and transfer Shing Dong Bus 8101, 8103 or 8109 to Water Running Upward stop.
