The 10 km-long Yufu Bikeway is the world's only bikeway that crosses the Eurasian Plate and the Philippine Sea Plate through Yuli Bridge, from Yuli to Dongli Bicycle Station in Fuli. The bikeway provides vast open views, including rice fields. Why not take this path and feel impressed!
In fact, Yufu Bikeway has been adapted from an old railway which used to link up Yuli Train Station and Dongli Train Station, in 2007 when Taiwan Railways rearranged its railway system. Due to the pressing force of the plates, every year, the bikeway goes up by 2 to 3 cm, making it the only bikeway that "grows up."
Easy to take and with beautiful views, Yufu Bikeway is not only suitable for families with children, but also ideal for those who need some gentle exercises. Its idyllic scenery changes by the season.
