The Houpu 16 Arts Zone is owned by the Chen Clan's Ying Chuan Hall Association of Kinmen County, Fuchien Province. The architectural complex includes the ancestral home and two phases of development sites, covering a total area of approximately 1,800 square meters. Since 2011, space revitalization has been carried out through cooperation between the Local Office and the private sector. Following 14 years of dedicated cultivation, it has transformed into an arts and cultural settlement that combines historical character with cultural creativity. Through local youth entrepreneurship, public-private collaboration, and community participation, it has successfully connected three major dimensions: cultural preservation, tourism experiences, and local revitalization. Aggregating creative shops, performance spaces, and cultural activities, the zone has become the core base for Kinmen's cultural and creative industries, demonstrating historical inheritance and innovative energy.
