At the southern exit of Binhai Bicycle Path, the park serves as a good place to rest for cyclists. Its banyan trees are so lush and verdant that they seem to keep sunshine away on hot summer days. The special fishnet hammocks here are made by old local fishermen and community residents. Be sure to hop into one of the hammocks and relax for a while. The locals love chatting at Dazhongye Temple by the banyan trees. There is also an old, simple pier outside the park. Today, some fishermen still park their boats at the pier. Although the pier is not as busy as before, it exudes strong, unsophisticated fishery-village charm.
