The Shen'ao Line, Taiwan's most beautiful coastal branch railway line, has been granted a brand-new vitality for its abandoned tracks due to the emergence of the "Rail Bike." Developed with the core theme of "freely roaming the mountains and the sea," the Shen'ao Rail Bike combines coastal seascapes, ecology, mines, and railway characteristics to create a brand-new travel experience! It allows travelers to ride pufferfish-shaped bikes full of childlike interest while paired with the beautiful scenery alongside the mountains and the sea. Along the route, riders will pass through a gorgeous and mysterious marine light-environment tunnel and travel past the culturally rich Chien-chi Coal Mine Remains, offering an immensely cozy experience. It hopes to let tourists feel the mountain and sea beauty of Taiwan's northeast coast through a different way of traveling.

The rail bike area is adjacent to famous attractions such as the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, Shen'ao Fishing Port, and Chaojing Park. The other end, the "Shen'ao Section," is close to the Shen'ao Station Ruins, Elephant Trunk Rock, and Shen'ao Fishing Port, and can further extend to tourism destinations like Ruifang and Jiufen, linking them together into a charming sightseeing corridor.
