The Okuma Center is the only fishing-themed park in Taiwan, as well as the world's only fishing tackle tourism factory. Its core objective is to promote eco-friendly fishing activities, alongside fostering an understanding of marine culture and environmental education. Upon arriving at the park's main gate, the coastal-style wooden boardwalk plaza and the paifang archway architecture featuring polar bear mascots come into view, serving as a must-photograph spot for internet celebrities. The world's largest Giant Fishing Game is a must-play facility.

The Fishing Story Museum on the second floor is an exhibition area that introduces fishing knowledge and marine education, complemented by experiential spaces such as the Marine Theater where 3D movies can be enjoyed, a virtual fishing ground for experiencing simulated fishing, and a DIY classroom for various handicrafts. It serves as an enlightenment center that combines education with entertainment.
