Introduction & Topography FairyLake Farm is located in the shallow mountain area next to the Jianan Plain in Dongshan District, Tainan City. It is a leisure farm operated for generations by a farming family.
Although the farm is situated at a low altitude, because the surroundings consist mostly of low hills, it boasts an open and magnificent mountain view, attracting many tourists to come and enjoy peaceful moments in nature. Spanning an area of 52 hectares, the farm is situated on an independent mountaintop. Due to the frequent formation of seas of clouds during mornings, evenings, and afdter rainfall, the mountaintop resembles a small island in a lake, earning it the affectionate nickname "Fairy Lake" from local residents.
Cultural Heritage & Sustainable Farming A century of charcoal-roasted longan history has shaped the "Kiln Cottage Life" and "Cooperative Farming Culture." Through "dining, accommodation, playing, buying, and appreciating," FairyLake interprets local terroir, flavor, and style, practicing the unique beauty of Taiwan within agricultural tourism, and accumulating sustainable development for the next generation's "Longan, Coffee, and Honey" agricultural crops.
