Located in the Dabang Tribe, the "Tsou Natural and Cultural Center" aims to create a brand-new cultural and educational community center for Dabang. In the future, it will serve as an important venue for hosting the "Tsou Life Bean Festival," tribal gatherings, and ceremonial performances.

The building's exterior incorporates the colors of traditional Tsou attire and the architectural imagery of the Kuba (traditional Tsou male assembly hall), embodying the spirit of Tsou culture. Regarding interior spatial planning, the center features an information desk, exhibition rooms, and an audio-visual presentation room. It offers visitors an all-new guided tour experience through gamified interactive elements, authentic artifacts in the collection room, and three-dimensional tribal scenery sculptures that recreate the atmosphere of Tsou villages.

The Alishan National Scenic Area Administration has also established a management station at the Tsou Natural and Cultural Center to integrate and execute tasks such as Tsou tribal tourism industry development, travel safety maintenance, and tourist information services.
