Completed in February 2013, the "Asia-Pacific Aquarium Center" of the Agricultural Biotechnology Park (PABP) upholds the conviction to promote the ornamental fish and peripheral industries. It exhibits the most representative species of freshwater and marine ornamental fish and shrimp, providing exhibition space for aquarium enterprises within the park. By coordinating with domestic and international marketing activities, it creates opportunities for mutual learning among park businesses, driving continuous innovation and sustainable development in Taiwan's ornamental fish industry.

The themes displayed in the Exhibition Hall of Viewing Aquarium Animals include Crystal Red Shrimp, King Kong Shrimp, Pinto Shrimp, Tiger Shrimp, Fire Red Shrimp, Blue Velvet Shrimp, Yellow Rice Shrimp, Rili Shrimp, native Taiwanese shrimp, freshwater crayfish, Sulawesi shrimp, marine ornamental shrimp, freshwater angelfish, African cichlids, ancient fish, marine angelfish, butterflyfish, wrasses, damselfish, anemonefish, corals, surgeonfish, seahorses, venomous fish, puffers, horseshoe crabs, marine fish larvae, rainbowfish, freshwater fish larvae, goldfish, freshwater bass, gouramis, small cyprinids, catfish, large characins, South American Loricariids (plecos), dwarf cichlids, Corydoras catfish, discus fish, small characins, weakly electric fish, fluorescent fish, gobies, Asian cichlids, American cichlids, and many other species of freshwater and marine ornamental fish and shrimp, across a total of 61 aquarium tanks.
