Bi Mountain is 298m high and it is the tallest peak in Matsu. When you stand on the sightseeing platform located at the top of the mountain and look downwards, you can take in vista of Beigan and enjoy the magnificent sight of the ocean and each island at the best view point. Furthermore, a great number of fortresses camouflaged in green stand within the mountain, showcasing the importance of Matsu as a place of battle preparation with its own special atmosphere.

- Take an airplane to Matzu Beigan Airport and transfer Beigan to Peace Memorial Park Route 221 (morning) or Beigan to Peace Memorial Park Route 222 (afternoon) to Bishan (Bi Mountain) Observation Deck stop.
- Take a ferry to Nangan Fu'ao Harbor, transfer a ferry to Beigan Baisha Harbor and transfer Beigan to Peace Memorial Park Route 221 (morning) or Beigan to Peace Memorial Park Route 222 (afternoon) to Bishan (Bi Mountain) Observation Deck stop.
- Take an airplane to Matzu Beigan Airport and transfer Lienchiang County Bus - Beigan Mountain Line to Bishan (Bi Mountain) stop.
- Take a ferry to Nangan Fu'ao Harbor, transfer a ferry to Beigan Baisha Harbor and transfer Lienchiang County Bus - Beigan Mountain Line to Bishan (Bi Mountain) stop.
