Take an airplane to Matzu Nangan Airport and transfer Lienchiang County Bus - Nangan Mountain Line (Some buses are low-floor) to Nangan Visitor Center stop.
Take a ferry to Nangan Fu'ao Harbor, transfer Lienchiang County Bus - Nangan Sea Line (Some buses are low-floor) to Fu'ao Ling stop and transfer Lienchiang County Bus - Nangan Mountain Line (Some buses are low-floor) to Nangan Visitor Center stop.
