Situated in Yangmingshan National Park, Yangmingshan Zhongshan Hall was constructed upon Chiang Kai-shek's order in celebration of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's hundredth birthday in 1965. Surrounded by green mountains and designed by prestigious architect Hsiu Tse-lan, the hall picks up a traditional Chinese architectural style, with exquisite interior. National representatives used to hold meetings here, and foreign guests were also welcome here. The hall was even the venue of national banquets. Today, classified as a municipal heritage site and open to all members of society, Yangmingshan Zhongshan Hall is of much historical importance.
There are large and small meeting rooms, as well as spacious banquet rooms in Yangmingshan Zhongshan Hall. Even now, it is suitable for holding evening parties, academic seminars, and tours for outstanding employees. Some have chosen to hold award ceremonies and exhibitions here, too. The hall is as magnificent as a Chinese palace inside out, and its natural surroundings are truly graceful. Any guest shall feel honored to be invited here.
