The Tainan Cultural and Creative Park (TCCP) is at #16, Sec. 2, Beimen Rd, East Dist., Tainan City. It is sometimes called "B16." It is adjacent to the Tainan Railway and Long-distance Bus Transfer stations. It occupies 0.56 hectares. During the Japanese era, it was called the “Taiwan Governor-General's Monopoly Bureau, Tainan Branch.” It operated the tobacco and alcohol distribution business in the Tainan area.

This is one of five major parks under the Ministry of Culture. It helps promote the creative industries and develop an innovative lifestyle culture. It is one of Tainan City’s important cultural bases. The parks distinctive buildings provide a platform for cultural and creative performances, industry matchmaking and interactive exchanges within the artistic and cultural communities. It also provides an excellent place for visitors to relax and enjoy slow living. A variety of DIY courses allow participants to experience creating items, as well as memories. This helps the park become an area for promoting creative life aesthetics.

Tainan has a 400-year history and a wealth of cultural assets. The park combines a variety of local cultural elements to promote a lifestyle enriched by creativity, history and beauty.
