The Tainan Cultural and Creative Park (TCCP) is at #16, Sec. 2, Beimen Rd, East Dist., Tainan City. It is sometimes called "B16." It is adjacent to the Tainan Railway and Long-distance Bus Transfer stations. It occupies 0.56 hectares. During the Japanese era, it was called the “Taiwan Governor-General's Monopoly Bureau, Tainan Branch.” It operated the tobacco and alcohol distribution business in the Tainan area.
