Taiwan East Coast Land Arts Festival & Moonlight Sea Concert From June-September each year, the natural landscape is used as the stage backdrop, and the dynamic performance of natural phenomena, such as the rising and setting of the moon and the ebb and flow of the tides, creates a concrete yet subtle metaphor for the philosophy of leisure and the aesthetic style of life on the East Coast that the Land Art Festival wants to express.
