Shifendong Tea House, located on County Road No. 60, is an old tea house standing for over a century. The mottled walls vividly present the history in the past. Even after a number of renovations, this historic site can always remind tourists of the old days. This place has its significant role in history and also represents the toughness of Hakka people.

It was formerly known as Yuanquan Stationary Store. As the former owner of the store passed away, it was abandoned for a while. Until 2020, it has been reorganized through the community development. The local elements have been applied in interior decoration and the old signboards of the year have been preserved. They were applied as the display platform and various agricultural products are displayed on the shelves. In addition, many local events are also held in the Story Hub. Through the promotion of short trip, it is expected foreign tourists could have a good time here.

Feeling 18 Degree Chocolate Factory was initially started as an online venture in 2006. The owner of this factory firmly believed that chocolates are at its best condition when it is stored at 18 degree Celsius. Thus, it was named Feeling 18. In 2007, the owner decided to open a brick-and-mortar store in a small tome in Puli, where he hopes to avoid expensive rentals in urban areas and invest in high quality ingredients to produce good chocolates.

This art space is located in what originally was the Yangzhu Branch of New Taipei City Sanzhi Elementary School. The premises were rejuvenated to create a multi-functional art exhibition space. From 2021 to 2022 a number of exhibitions, workshops, and lectures were held here by various experts and artists with residents, students, and artists of the local community participating.
