Hualien Cultural and Creative Industries Park used to be a wine factory. After reconstruction, it opened to the public in 2011. It is a place where you can enjoy exhibitions, concerts, and other performances. There are also a lot of venders selling hand-made handicrafts. Spend a few hours here and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere; you will definitely love it.
