The original name of Yunlin Memory Cool was "Huwei Branch Office, Tainan District Court", also known as Huwei Registry Office, which was founded in April of 1921, mainly for real estate registration.

With the blooming development of industry and commerce in Huwei area, the Registry Office was expanded and relocated to the current address on the section 1 of Linsen Road on April 26, 1931. After World War II, this building was once used as a District Court's archive warehouse.

The counters and storage cabinets inside the Huwei Registry Office remain intact, which are important witness to the land property rights system during the Japanese Occupation. It was registered as a historic building by the Yunlin County Government in 2012.

Currently, it is operated by the Taiwan Chief Executive Officer Club for Social Benefit, providing local foods, Japanese shaved ice, guided tours, cultural and creative products, venue rental and other services.

Saint Art Hotel is located at the nostalgic town "Beigang", adjacent to the national historic site "Chao Tian Temple", which is prosperous all the year round. Travelers may receive incense scents in close distance here and wandering along with the sound of folk music and noise of setting firecrackers. The Hotel is known as "the most divine hotel in Taiwan." It integrates the elements of "Chess" into the local temple culture and creates the God-shaped chess. The chairman cherishes the memory of his alma mater Jinling University; therefore, the appearance of Green Wood Garden Hotel Hall inherited that of the North Building of Jinling University:
Blue brick wall, gabled roof, covered by gray semicircle shaped tiles. The spirit of Jinling University was therefore enlarged. Collocating with Flame Gold Avenue, maple forest and mountain scenery, it became an excellent location for holiday outings and wedding photography to find a view.

There is the "Budai Zui" installation art outside Budai Township Exhibition Center. "Budai Zui" was the former name of Budai and the exhibition center which used to be the "Budai Retention Center of Kaohsiung Customs Bureau, Ministry of Finance" is also more commonly known as the"customs". Currently, it uses art exhibitions to demonstrate the historical changes as well as the human and cultural aspects of Budai. It enables visitors to understand Budai in-depth through an innovative and interesting approach.

Located at Pinglin, a town famous for its tea production, Di Di Shiang started its business from arranging the export of various products in Dadaocheng in the early days. Over more than 6 decades, it has expanded its business by combining its long-standing tea products with ice and bakery. Chen Yao-zhang and Chen Wei-yi established Di Di Shiang in the hope of developing their family business started by their grandfather and preserving the most authentic flavors of tea to serve every customer.

Huxu Tea Garden, located at Pinglin, started as a tea plantation area to grow baozhong tea. It has expanded its business from simply growing tea to selling a variety of tea products for more than a century. The current owner, Wang Cheng-yi, established Huxu Tea Garden and its tea factory near Beiyi Highway in 1994 in the hope to develop this family business since his great grandfather. After more than a decade of dedication and effort, Huxu Tea Garden learns how to keep its tea fresh to serve tea enthusiasts.

There is a two-story bungalow situated beside some stream in peaceful mountain area, providing delicious local cuisine. This restaurant is clean and comfortable, matches with quaint table. There are some simple and unadorned utensils placed beside windows. The tasty cuisine is moved by the authentic local food culture, needless to say more, come over to enjoy unique home-style dishes … it says all.
