Introduction
We insist on making Taiwanese vermicelli with no additives, and let wheat flour ferment its savory taste with bare hands in the traditional way.
Besides the beautiful natural views in Penghu, we wish to offer a cultural feast of local delicacies and traditional craftsmanship to the visitors and create the best memory for them.
To keep the long-established way of making Taiwanese vermicelli, we tried searching for the authentic flavor and craftsmanship. Furthermore, we add local ingredients like squid ink, cactus fruit, radish, seaweed, beet, etc. The visitors can experience hand-made vermicelli from dough mixing and solar drying with the traditional method.
